That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Terms of Service

BRIDAL SHOP

All dresses are sold online and dispatched from our warehouses. Unfortunately, for now we are not offering a fitting service. We provide a size chart for each dress listed on our site.

CUSTOM MADE  &  IMPORTED APPAREL

Most of the dresses from the Infinity Dress Collection are custom made and it is indicated on the product listing .Our custom made wedding dress orders take approximately 2 weeks for production, from the date that payment was received.

Bridesmaid Dress/Formal Wear/Matric Farewell orders take approximately 1 -2 weeks for delivery, from date that Proof of Payment is received for the Order.

Boards, personalized Tees, slippers, robes etc. take approximately 1 -2 weeks for delivery.

Pre-order Collection applies to all imported apparel and is clearly marked on the listing, These are products that are shipped from abroad. Global shipping is 7 - 12 working days.

Please provide the correct email addresses, cellphone number and delivery address, when completing your details.

Please notify Your Wedding Bliss immediately if you wish to make any changes to your order. Pre-orders are specially sourced from suppliers abroad and reserved just for you. Once confirmed, they are committed on your behalf, which is why cancellations aren’t possible. This helps us continue offering carefully selected pieces at fair pricing.

IN-STOCK  PRODUCTS

All products  in the bridal shop that are in stock and are clearly marked and are dispatched within 24 hours. .

In stock items are couriered to your address of choice at standard courier rates (to be covered by the client).

COLORS, FABRIC & SIZES

We only sell authentic items and all our merchandise and every item is quality assessed before being made available to client. Please make use of our size chart and color scheme chart. The images we use are real images of the products listed. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting.

You may pay via PayPal, Credit Card, or EFT/Bank Transfer. You may also redeem gift cards and store credit for either partial or total payment of your order. Our online transactions are safe and secure through the Payfast gateway platform.

Kindly note that we have requested permission from the photographers, brides and designers for all the pictures on our site.

Your Wedding Bliss will make every effort to ensure that all the information attached to the pictures is correct at the time of publication.

Should anyone feel that we have uploaded their pictures in error and without their approval, kindly inform us and we will gladly remove the pictures
