IN-STOCK ITEMS
All items listed on our website are dispatched within 24 hours unless marked as: PREORDER or CUSTOM MADE or CUSTOMISED.
Free Shipping: For orders over R5000 within South Africa. Please note that this applies if all items in basket are from one shipping profile.
Standard Shipping: Starts from R125 for door-to-door delivery for Gauteng and from R140 other provinces, with rates depending on your location (e.g., high-risk area, remote area, city center) and your service choice ( express shipping, standard shipping etc)
Delivery to a Courier Guy Locker is also available for R100 nationwide for small orders up to 2kg. Please note that The Locker service has slight delays and may take up to 4 working days.
Express Service (Gauteng Only): Available for some areas through Uber package service and same-day courier. ( Terms and Conditions apply) Most CBD areas and centres are eligible for this service.
Overnight Express (Other Provinces): Delivery depends on your location. (e.g., high-risk area, remote area, city center- Most regional main centres are eligible for this service.
Same Day Service for Regional areas is also available - Needs to be booked by 6am.
For express shipping, please place your order by 6 AM - Service is for week days only.
All orders for in stock items are delivered within 1 -4 business days.
NB: There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays unless you have selected a Courier Guy Locker option, you can pick your orders on weekends if you have received your pin for collection.
We aim to keep you informed about any delivery delays or area restrictions from our couriers.

Please note: We are based in Sandton, Gauteng, with stock held in Midrand. We do not have a physical storefront for walk-in customers. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
