Refund policy
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Your Wedding Bliss, we want you to love every purchase. If you change your mind, we offer exchanges, cash refunds, or credit notes, provided the following conditions are met:
General Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The original invoice must be provided.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Refundable Items
- Preorder Items: No refunds. Only exchanges or a gift card will be issued.
- Customized Items: No refunds unless due to our error. Please ensure the correct text is submitted.
- Personal Items: Lingerie, bras, pajamas, bathrobes, and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Fees & Charges
- Courier fees are non-refundable.
- Merchant transaction fees are non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Free Returns for orders over R3,000, but the 10% restocking fee still applies.
Exchange & Refund Process
- If an item is returned and meets all conditions, we will:
- Exchange the item if stock is available.
- Issue a credit note or refund.
- Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
- If an item is flawed, we will exchange it at our expense if returned within 7 days of receipt.
Order Cancellations
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Once an order has left our warehouse, customers will need to receive the item and return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- Merchant transaction fees are non-refundable
Pre-Order Items Policy
- Cancellation: Once a pre-order has been confirmed and booked in, it cannot be cancelled. A 24-hour grace period applies from the time of purchase, during which changes may be requested.
- Exchanges: After the 24-hour window, pre-order items may only be exchanged for an in-stock item, subject to availability. No cancellations or refunds will be processed on pre-orders after this time. Only exchanges or a gift card will be issued.
- Price Differences: Any applicable price differences between items will be settled at the time of exchange.
- Merchant transaction fees are non-refundable.
Why We Have This Policy: Pre-order items are specially sourced from our suppliers abroad and secured specifically for you once an order is placed. Once a pre-order is confirmed, it is committed on your behalf and cannot be cancelled without incurring costs. This ensures we can manage pre-orders responsibly and continue offering carefully selected pieces at fair pricing.
Exclusions & Additional Notes
- Sale items are final – No returns or exchanges allowed.
- If an item shows signs of wear or removed tags, returns will be denied.
- Exchanges for a different size are welcome, provided all return conditions are met.
- Customers can return items via courier pickup or drop-off at a pudo locker (arranged with us).
- Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by Your Wedding Bliss.
We strongly recommend securely packaging your returns, as we are not liable for damage or loss during transit. All applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
