Why should I order online?

Ordering online allows you to view prices instantly and shop at your own pace. You can easily stay within your budget as you add items to your cart and complete checkout whenever it suits you.

It also saves time, avoids travel, and lets you browse our full collection from home without pressure or queues. You have access to a wider range of local and international styles in one place.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through secure payment gateways including PayFast, Paystack, and Peach Payments.

You can also pay via EFT (bank transfer), with payment details provided at checkout.

We also offer flexible payment options, including a split payment (lay-by style) option and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

All online payments are processed securely at checkout.


Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will assist with cancellation. If it has already been processed, you may need to follow our return process once received.


What is the delivery time?

For orders within South Africa, delivery typically takes 1– 4 working days after dispatch.

Some items fall under our global shipping range and are dispatched from our international warehouse. These usually take 9 –14 working days.

Made-to-order items generally take 10–15 working days, depending on the product.

For wedding or special occasion orders, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for processing and delivery.

International delivery times vary between 10–15 business days, depending on location.


Do you have physical stores?

No. Your Wedding Bliss is an online-only boutique, and we do not have a physical store or showroom.


Can I book a fitting before buying?

At the moment, we do not offer in-person fittings.

We provide detailed size charts, colour guides, and measurement instructions for each product. You are also welcome to contact us with any questions before placing your order, and we will gladly assist.


What is your return policy?

We hope you love your order, but we understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging with fit and style.

If your item does not work out or is not what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@yourweddingbliss.com to arrange a return or exchange, where applicable.
