Terms and Conditions for Preloved Dress Listings

Thank you for considering listing your gown with us. Our Bridal Archive is a curated monthly collection designed to give exceptional wedding dresses a second moment.

Please review the following terms carefully before submitting your application.


1. Information Required for Listing

To apply, you must provide accurate and complete details including:

• Dress description (style, fabric, embellishments, etc.)
• Condition (professionally dry cleaned, worn once, minor flaws disclosed, etc.)
• Designer or brand (if applicable)
• Colour
• Label size and details of alterations
• Original purchase price
• Proposed listing price
• Your contact number
• Collection address (used only for courier arrangements)
• A minimum of 4–8 clear, high-quality photographs

All known flaws, alterations or signs of wear must be disclosed in full. Failure to disclose material defects may result in cancellation of the sale.


2. Approval & Listing Process

Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

All dresses are reviewed to ensure they meet the quality standard of our curated Bridal Archive.

If approved:

• Your dress will be listed on our website as part of the upcoming monthly collection.
• We reserve the right to edit descriptions for clarity and consistency.
• We may decline listings that do not meet our standards.


3. Fees & Commission

Listing your dress is free.

A commission of 15% of the final selling price will be deducted upon successful sale. This fee covers:

• Platform administration
• Marketing exposure
• Secure payment processing
• Buyer protection handling

Commission is deducted before funds are released to you.

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


4. Sale & Payment Process

When your dress is sold:

• You will be notified immediately.
• You are required to ship the dress within 72 hours of confirmation.
• Tracking details must be provided.

Funds will be released once the buyer confirms receipt and the inspection period has passed.

In the event of a dispute due to misrepresentation or undisclosed damage, we reserve the right to delay or adjust payout pending review.


5. Shipping

Seller ships directly to the buyer.

Your collection address and contact details remain private and are used solely for courier coordination and administrative purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring the dress is securely packaged and dispatched safely.


6. Image & Marketing Rights

By submitting your dress for listing, you grant us permission to:

• Use your images on our website
• Share your listing in our Preloved Facebook Group
• Promote the listing on the Your Wedding Bliss Facebook Page and other marketing channels

Images are used strictly for the purpose of marketing your dress.


7. Removal of Listing

If your dress is sold elsewhere, you must notify us immediately so that the listing can be removed.

We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion if they no longer meet our standards.


8. Store Policies

All general store policies apply to preloved listings.

By submitting your application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
